Depop Partners With Kacey Musgraves to launch a curated shop featuring pieces from her personal wardrobe. Proceeds support immigrant children’s rights.
In a move Depop Partners With Kacey Musgraves that blends music, fashion, and purpose-driven retail, Depop has partnered with Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Kacey Musgraves to launch a special Shop Drop featuring pieces from the artist’s personal wardrobe. The collaboration arrives alongside the release of her new album “Middle of Nowhere,” adding a deeply personal dimension to the campaign.

The curated shop includes 20 items drawn from different phases of Musgraves’ career and life, offering fans a rare chance to own pieces that reflect her artistic journey. Rather than releasing everything at once, the collection will be introduced in capsule drops over the coming weeks, building anticipation and engagement within the resale community.
Speaking about the collaboration, Musgraves emphasized the emotional and expressive value of fashion. She described the collection as a reflection of various chapters in her life, with each piece carrying its own story. By sharing these items through Depop, she hopes others can reinterpret them and create new narratives, while also contributing to a meaningful cause.

The collection itself is a blend of stage, screen, and everyday style. It features standout items such as the custom Love and Lemons set worn during her Mexico City performance in October 2025, Adidas shorts and an Ambika hoodie seen in her “Dry Spell” music video, and an Alexandre Vauthier dress from her appearance at the Latin Grammys. Other highlights include a Lacemade denim set from the All Things Go festival and a Frankie’s Bikini look worn during her appearance as a guest judge for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
Affordability remains central to the initiative, with all items priced under $100, making celebrity fashion more accessible to fans. Importantly, proceeds from the sales will be donated to the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, reinforcing Musgraves’ ongoing advocacy for immigrant rights. The artist has been vocal on social issues and recently supported detained teenage musicians by featuring them in her live performances.
Beyond the clothing itself, the collaboration also includes a digital video series in which Musgraves discusses her personal style, the memories attached to each piece, and the role fashion plays in storytelling. The campaign aligns closely with Depop’s identity as a platform rooted in individuality, sustainability, and creative expression.
According to Depop’s creative leadership, Musgraves’ distinctive aesthetic and narrative-driven fashion choices make her an ideal partner. The collaboration not only offers fans a deeper connection to the artist but also embodies the platform’s core values of reuse, discovery, and self-expression.
With this partnership, Depop continues to position itself at the intersection of culture and commerce, while Musgraves transforms her wardrobe into a vehicle for storytelling, sustainability, and social impact.
